Online therapy for women in North Dakota

You take care of everyone. Let's take care of you.

Ready to quiet the worry, build confidence, and start prioritizing yourself? You're in the right place.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • You agree to things you didn't want to do, then quietly resent it.
  • You say you're fine when you're really not.
  • You replay conversations for hours, picking yourself apart.
  • You're the person everyone leans on, and you're worn out from it.
  • You've gotten really good at making yourself smaller to make other people comfortable.

If you're nodding along, you're in the right place. Whether this is showing up in your marriage, dating, friendships, family, motherhood, or work, there's a way through it.

What to expect

You'll always be talking to me.

This is a small practice, and it runs the way a good small business does: you deal with the person whose name is on the door. No hoops, no hold music, no "let me transfer you." I keep my caseload small so I can give each person real attention, and I do my own scheduling and insurance billing, so when you have a question about your benefits or a bill, you ask me and I take care of it.

Need a quick check-in between sessions, or an extra session mid-week? That's part of how I work. And if you need a little time on a payment, just say so and we'll figure it out.

Some good news

Anxiety is treatable, and you can feel better.

Boundaries that hold

Saying no when you mean it, without feeling guilty afterwards.

A kinder inner voice

Speaking to yourself the way you would a good friend.

Steady when worry hits

Feeling anxiety rise and trusting yourself to handle it.

How we'll work together

Warm and real.

Sessions are warm, honest, and active. I'll be right there with you, offering steady support as we go.

We make room for what you're feeling, build skills you can use when anxiety spikes, and get curious about what's underneath it. Over time, that's how the old patterns loosen their grip and you get to take up more space in your own life.

Ways we can work together

Weekly therapy, and more when you want it.

Regular weekly sessions are the heart of our work. When you're looking for more, these are here too.

A high-support option

Add a shorter mid-week check-in to your weekly session for extra accountability and momentum, so you're supported between sessions, not only during them.

Specialized panic support

Panic is a focus of my practice. We work on calming your body's alarm system so you stop bracing for the next wave.

EMDR

An approach for the stuck patterns that talking alone can't quite reach. On its own or alongside our sessions.

Hi, I'm Meika

Someone who's in your corner.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master's in counseling psychology, and anxiety and panic are where I've put most of my training and focus. I'm also a mom, so the feeling of holding everything together while quietly running on empty isn't just something I treat, it's something I know.

You might feel at home here if you want a therapist who's warm but direct: someone who'll ask real questions instead of just nodding along, treat you as the expert on your own life, and tell you the truth even when it's not the easy answer.
