Services

Find the support that's right for you.

Individual therapy, online, for women located anywhere in North Dakota.

Individual therapy

Personalized, one-on-one care.

Our sessions are a warm, accepting space to explore what's really going on, gain insight, and build practical tools for the things that feel stuck. We'll work on both the day-to-day relief and the deeper patterns underneath.

Online sessions

Secure video sessions you can join from home, or anywhere private in North Dakota. Comfortable, flexible, and easy to fit into a full life.

Flexible scheduling

Sessions run just under an hour. We start with weekly as a baseline, and can meet more or less often at your choosing.

More support when you want it

The high-support option.

When you want more, we add a shorter mid-week check-in to your weekly session, so you have support between sessions, not only during them. It's billed through your insurance, the same as a regular session.

Short check-ins are there when something comes up and you want to talk before your next session. When it really matters, I'll find time outside my usual hours.

When panic takes over

Evidence-based help for panic attacks.

The racing heart, the tight chest, the wave of fear, and the dread of the next one. Whether your panic flares around a specific fear or seems to come out of nowhere, it's its own kind of exhausting, and helping women through panic and phobias is a focus of my practice.

For panic, I often pair our work with the high-support option, so you have steady backup between sessions while we calm your body's alarm system and help you feel safe in yourself.

Another way I work

EMDR, for when talking isn't quite enough.

Ever think, "I know this logically, but I still feel the opposite"? EMDR is an approach that helps you work through stuck experiences and close the gap between what you know and what you feel.

It can stand on its own or weave into our regular sessions. You don't need to have panic attacks or be in a hard place to benefit from it. It's available whenever it's a good fit for what you're working through.

How this practice works

One person, start to finish.

I keep my caseload small, and I do everything myself: scheduling, insurance billing, and every conversation in between. You'll always be talking to me, and you'll be known here.

So when you have a question about your benefits, a statement you want explained, or a month where the timing of a payment is tight, you talk to me and we work it out together.

Insurance

Using your benefits.

I'm working through credentialing with Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, and Sanford Health Plan. Reach out and I can tell you exactly where things stand with your plan and what your options look like in the meantime.

I do my own billing, so if a statement shows up that you want explained, I'm the one who explains it.

What I help with

Anxiety is my specialty.

It's the heart of my work, and it's where I can help most. I also support women navigating a range of related challenges:

  • Anxiety
  • Panic attacks
  • Self-criticism
  • People-pleasing
  • Low self-esteem
  • Depression
  • Relationship concerns
  • Life transitions

Wondering whether what you're carrying is a good fit for our work together? Reach out and ask. If I'm not the right person for it, I'll gladly help you find someone who is.

Questions before getting started?

A free, 15-minute consultation is the easiest way to get them answered and see if I'm a good fit for your needs.
